My experience with Oscar was extremely good. My Rav 4 has had some issues with some of the warning lights. They come on once in a while and then go off. I left my car with him for a few days to see if this problem could be figured out. But the lights went off and stayed off It is a mystery to be sure, but he did all he could to figure out the problem. So thank you so much!! More

With an appointment, I still didn’t get my car back, after an oil change and tire rotation, until 3 hours later! Today, my light went on signaling low tire pressure 😡 REALLY! Long story short, I went in for a 10k mi service and when I got my car back th This was the WORST experience ever. DO NOT get your car serviced here. Long story short, I went in for a 10k mi service and when I got my car back there were massive scratches and a dent on my trunk. I made an appointment to get them fixed and the Service Manager Denise Lewis was absolutely horrible. She had an attitude and denied her team did anything and accused me of doing it saying the back and forth scratches came from something like “kitty cat claws” and there was nothing there that would do that. She wouldn’t accept responsibility. I wouldn’t have been there if the scratches and dent were my fault, I have better things to do with my life. She ended up having them buff most of it out (I can still see a scratch) but was going to make me pay for the dent fix. She also claimed she couldn’t see that there weren’t any scratches in their before photos when that absolutely wasn’t true. I reached out to the GM, Mark Mehta, and he was no help. You’d think he’d want to make it right, but no response from him at all. The only reason I went to a dealership is because my car is still under warranty, but I would gladly pay my mechanic money instead of a free service if I had to deal with this place and these “customer service” people again. More
