Service advisor was very good and pleasant despite my concerns with pricing. I give him high ratings. I have had my truck serviced there since I have owned it but now I'm looking for an honest indie mechanic with reasonable pricing. I won't go back there again. $1016 to change TPMS senders!! $48 labor to change a light bulb!!!! (Reduced to $20 on my compaint). More
They send you emails with coupons and when you get there , they say not valid actually wanted to charge double what they advertise . They do a bait and switch on a oil change. The service I received on my last appointment was better than my previous appointments. I like that they shared, with pictures, what needs to be sorked on in the future. My partner and I have been dedicated customers at AutoNation Toyota Irvine for over a decade. We’ve purchased two cars there and have had all the servicing on both cars done there as well. Our two wonderful service advisors are no longer working there and now apparently no one there cares about our loyalty or future business. Calls to the service center over a four day period have gone unreturned including a call to one of the two people in charge of the Service Department. The one time I spoke to a Service Advisor he said he was too busy to return my call because they were super busy, then promised me he would do so and ultimately never did. Well it appears that you are too busy to care about our business. We are looking to buy a new Toyota next year so you’ve lost not only our servicing business but the sale of a new car or two as well. Perhaps you should value loyal customers and not cast them aside as you‘ve done with us. Returning phone calls is good business but it appears that little nugget of courtesy didn’t make it into your training manual. More

As long as he's there, I'll be coming back! More
