AutoNation Toyota Irvine - Service Center

This is the second time in a row that I had a scheduled extended warranty service for a simple oil change and the car was not done in the promised hour and a half. Also, they did not reset the maintenance extended warranty service for a simple oil change and the car was not done in the promised hour and a half. Also, they did not reset the maintenance reminder on the dash the last time. I will not be renewing the extended warranty with this dealer!!! More

Service advisor was very good and pleasant despite my concerns with pricing. I give him high ratings. But,iIf you don't know cars they will take advantage and will run your bill up with unnecessay wor concerns with pricing. I give him high ratings. The service I received on my last appointment was better than my previous appointments. I like that they shared, with pictures, what needs to be sorked on in the future. They send you emails with coupons and when you get there , they say not valid actually wanted to charge double what they advertise . They do a bait and switch on a oil change.
