Went in for an oil change and ended up getting my 100k service, they told me it would be quicker as it goes to the shop, it should be an hour and an half. Ended up sitting there for 5 hours. My Highlander was in for the first complimentary service 1/16/2023. My remark was the headlights are aiming too high and wanted them adjusted.
