A surprisingly great experience from a big box auto dealership. I guess I shouldn't say surprisingly as I'm on my second vehicle from them, it's the individual people that make this place work so well dealership. In the past, I have received great service form this dealer. My complaint is with the person who did the work. I brought the car in for an oil change only. I said no to all the other upcharge items si dealer. My complaint is with the person who did the work. I brought the car in for an oil change only. I said no to all the other upcharge items since the car had only been driven for a little over 2,000 miles since the last oil change which was 9 months before. It was nice to receive a video showing me what a wonderful job the tech had done and all the things that were good with the car. Except for the cabin filter. In the video, he showed the filter with many small leaves from the tree which was growing near the car. He said the filter should be changed. The video ended. I was wondering what he did to the filter before he placed it back in the compartment. Today I opened the compartment and found the filter still had all the small leaves from the video. I turned it over and gently hit the ground with it and all the leaves fell out. Nothing left in the filter. I replaced it and closed all of the covers. That is poor customer service. They were upset that I said no to the upcharges in the beginning which included the cabin filter and they decided the poor customer service was the proper way to handle the situation. I was going to give 5 stars until I checked the filter my self. Three stars was a gift. Good customer service would have been to show the tech gently hitting the ground with the filter as I had done and suggesting that when I return (10 months and 2000 miles) I should replace the filter. More
I brought my 2019 4Runner in for a standard 30K service. Manny (Service Advisor) and Arturo (Technician) went above and beyond good service. It was GREAT! They gave me an honest assessment of what my car needed in a detailed description. I checked all the work that was done on the 4Runner and it was spot on. Even the simple things, like wheel not torque, were perfect! I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of this service department. Thank you for a job well done! More
