My young service advisor Joel Avila Navarro was very professional, upfront, and straight forward. He communicated very clearly and in a timely manner. My Avalon needed a Starter, Battery & Alternator. Also, needed spinning noise under the dash diagnosed. A surprisingly great experience from a big box auto dealership. I guess I shouldn't say surprisingly as I'm on my second vehicle from them, it's the individual people that make this place work so well dealership.
