Come here the first time for oil change with a $30 coupon. The dealer guy Eric never calls back to confirm that my car is ready. I have to call him to confirm whether the car is done. I asked Eric to make oil change done as quick as possible, and I waited almost more than 3 hours with no phone call back from him. Thank you Eric for the horrible experiences.
