First I made an appointment for my daughter to get the trouble codes pulled. She takes her care in and they tell her it’s going to take all day because they’re so busy. I asked what the xxxx is the point trouble codes pulled. She takes her care in and they tell her it’s going to take all day because they’re so busy. I asked what the xxxx is the point of making an appointment? They basically said sorry. I was quite mad. My kid had to take a shuttle home and find a way back on her own. Remember I only asked for them to pull the codes and tell what they mean. It takes at the most 30 minutes to do so. The next thing I get is a video of my kids car on the lift and the technician showing me all the problems on the car. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS TROUBLE CODES! Finally a bill for $210 to do basically a bumper to bumper inspection which I never approved. Ridiculous. Would not return or recommend this dealership. More

Come here the first time for oil change with a $30 coupon. The dealer guy Eric never calls back to confirm that my car is ready. I have to call him to confirm whether the car is done.
