Service was quick and efficient. The only problem is that there were 2 folding chairs in my trunk so they did not check the battery on my Hybrid Rav4. The service person should have informed me of the test and should verify that nothing is in the truck that might prevent the testing. More

Although the coupon for a buy one get one free oil change was a great deal, when we took the car over for an appointment it took over 3 hours of waiting in the waiting room to get it done. My service advisor Manny is always honest, friendly and personable. I know I'm being treated fairly. I will always ask to see him when i make an appointment.
