Went in for my first service. What a wonderful experience I had. I was thinking well this will be like when I had my VW drop off the car don’t really help you and then just want What a wonderful experience I had. My service advisor Natasha was waiting for for me. Treated me at the car let me know what services they were doing for the check. Then walked me to the waiting room (is a nice one). When my car was ready she sent me a text it was ready and to come back to the service center. 10/10 will be going back here as long as I own this car!! More

My Rav 4 2011 has over 200,000 miles. It has been driven hard (living in Mexico in the desert is tough on any vehicle). I have a car I drive in the US that is luxury and comforable, but I can say it does not drive all that well considering the cost. The RAV's front suspension had many cracks, and needed work that was overwhelming. Everyone told me to just sell it as is. Don't put money into it. But instead I wanted to save the car from the ground up. Who better than the dealership maintenance team. From the ground up the Rav got just about everything new. New hoses, new belts, new battery, shocks, tires, brakes, spark plugs, filters...the list is over 6 pages long of the work done to this vehicle. Once the work was done at the dealer I found a company that takes DETAILING to a whole new level, completely cleaned and restored inside ($700 just to do that!!) Now it is a perfect car for my 19 year old granddaughter. One that she can be confident in and looks good too. Specail shout out to Victoria at the AutoNation Toyota in Irvine, CA!! She was better than great. She stayed in contact with me for over a week while the work got done. She was so helpful and made me feel confident that the work would be perfect. I don't know who did the work on the RAV....but when I got behind the wheel, I can tell you this, the steering felt like I was driving a race car. The steering was that tight!! Wow!! Drives better than any car I have ever driven that cost way more than that little Rav. Great pick up and GO too!! The work they did felt like they treated it as if their own Child or Grandchild were going to be driving it. People always say that taking your car to a dealership is too expensive, but then I like to say....you get what you pay for!! I paid for the best and I can honestly say I got the best!! Thank you!! More
