I was happy when I originally purchased my car at Power Toyota Irvine. However, I have found their service department to be totally incompetent, unreliable, and a complete insult to customer service. Both Toyota Irvine. However, I have found their service department to be totally incompetent, unreliable, and a complete insult to customer service. Both the workers and managers have no ability to communicate or take responsibility for mistakes. I would eagerly steer anyone away from dealing with these people. More
