I went in for the 55,000-mile service on my 2009 Venza. I had a $69.95 coupon to use for an oil & filter change, plus tire rotation. They also washed my car which was great. The wait time wasn't bad since they have a comfortable lounge area, free coffee, and a nice TV. My Service rep, Eric, was very pleasant and friendly. More

I am very disappointed with the service at AutoNation Toyota Irvine. I recently had my car serviced twice within a few months, in April & August. The first time, I paid $540. This morning, I paid $570 fo Toyota Irvine. I recently had my car serviced twice within a few months, in April & August. The first time, I paid $540. This morning, I paid $570 for the 47,000-mile service, only to find out they charged me again for items already completed in April — specifically ethanol corrosion inhibitor, throttle body service, and mass air flow cleaner (a total of over $220 in duplicate charges). On top of that, they did not apply the 25% discount that they advertise on their website for service maintenance. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to resolve this issue, but I haven’t received any response. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given the trust I placed in their advertised services and pricing. I hope this review encourages the dealership to improve their billing transparency and customer service. More
