Worst car buying experience Managers associated with Auto Nation inside the dealership very rude. No integrity. When they promised a specific tire with the purchase when realized (prior to leaving with new v Nation inside the dealership very rude. No integrity. When they promised a specific tire with the purchase when realized (prior to leaving with new vehicle) they were HT not the AT tires as promised and was also confirmed with a followup phonecall, I was told "sorry can't fix that you don't like it we can sell this truck to another customer". I walked across the lot to the service center spoke with manager there and they provided the solution. I just purchased a 38k 4Runner....that's not how you treat a customer. Wiper blades were marked as good on 160 point inspection. Got home the rubber was off the passenger blade. Had to call to inform and waiting for a solution. 2 days 6 hours each in this dealership to make a purchase. It needed minor body work a quick touch up paint I was texted and called multiple times early in a.m. day was going to pick it up, when gave them an arrival time because had to Uber an hour to get there , when I arrived was told sorry you can't test drive it yet we forgot at midnight night before we didn't get the paint fixed so sat 2 hrs before even seeing it, 4 hrs more to close the deal because they don't provide all the information needed then let you sit 30 min in between anyone talking with you. I had knowledge of the vehicle and car buying process if I didn't ask the questions I would have been paying a lot more than I already was for the vehicle. They also ran my credit without my approval I agreed to allowing Toyota to but not the 2 others they ran. I had a pre-approved loan when walked in and an excellent credit score. My score dropped 40 points by walking in their doors which then affected me from getting a lower approved loan at my credit union. They knew it and apologized but that doesn't fix my score. I asked them to call the credit companies and undo the damage they said they couldn't. Toyota dealerships are and always have been great this specific one associated with Auto Nation absolutely horrible experience. More
