I cannot describe how horrible this dealership was. We bought the right car but I can say without hesitation that we made a HUGE mistake in allowing Power Toyota to sell this vehicle. They can't seem to get anything right and go out of their way to screw things up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They are not honest and use high pressure tactics to get you to buy at a higher rate than necessary. More

This was the worst experience! Three weeks I tried to get someone to find me a Corolla S with a sunroof. After many, many phone calls, emails and three visits I was told that there is not one Corolla S get someone to find me a Corolla S with a sunroof. After many, many phone calls, emails and three visits I was told that there is not one Corolla S in the entire state of California with a sunroof, that I would HAVE to buy a car from their lot and put one in myself. These people were rude and offered no advice at all. After the third exhausting, frustrating visit I went to a Nissan dealer and bought one on the spot, which had every single thing I wanted already on it. Power Toyota in Irvine have the rudest salesmen of any dealer I have have ever been to. AND, I was paying Cash! They missed out on my easy buy! More

I was happy when I originally purchased my car at Power Toyota Irvine. However, I have found their service department to be totally incompetent, unreliable, and a complete insult to customer service. Both the workers and managers have no ability to communicate or take responsibility for mistakes. I would eagerly steer anyone away from dealing with these people. More
