HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a used car at a car sale through my credit union. Beautiful 2016 Honda Accord, everything was fine, I bought the extended warranty that cover I bought a used car at a car sale through my credit union. Beautiful 2016 Honda Accord, everything was fine, I bought the extended warranty that covered exterior and interior damages INCLUDING WINDSHIELD PROTECTION. Fast forward 2 days after i bought the car, I wake up to a huge crack on my windshield. I check the carfax, apparently the windshield was replaced 10 days before I bought the car and was mounted wrong, causing the crack. I call Toyota and explain to them the issue then get transferred to some guy named JOE who was very rude, kept cutting me off and basically kept telling me it wasn't their problem because HONDA OF VALENCIA changed the windshield. I call Honda, they tell me the car was traded to Toyota (WHO IS ON MY CONTRACT) and they need to help me. I call them back, still rude, still unwilling to help me. I HAVE CALLED EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS. If I would have known what a headache it is to deal with these guys I would have never bought the warrant, xxxx, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE CAR. I refuse to pay for the windshield that was mounted wrong and should be covered under my warranty regardless. I will be going to corporate as this has gotten RIDICULOUS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Once they sell you your car, they disappear and refuse to help. More

The service advisor Manuel Moreno tried to over charge me for a oil change by 40$ saying it was 115$ for a simple oil change when I called back to get the price they told me oil change was only 74.95 which I remembered the last time I went there for oil change, being same price. then after I just had a 100k miles-$340- service they said I need 120k service only 20k miles later and that's $600 plus which is basically oil change and spark plugs. I waited 10 mins for anyone to even check me in or say anything to me. Then they told me I had to wait 45min to get a shuttle back to pick up my car when I was 3 mins away. I had to uber back to get my car. Customer service was basic if even up to standards. They say they give a 10% discount for being aaa but he didn't want to give it to me then finally did. Seems like they over Charge to make money and pretend to give a discount. This is the worst encounter I have ever had with a dealer and service department. And terrible “car wash” Would never recommend here. I would rather take it to jiffy lube. More

Holding my refund!!! BAIT AND SWITCH and now NOT RELEASING MY DEPOSIT BACK. AFTER complaining this terrible place said they would take the truck back and give my $15,000.0 BAIT AND SWITCH and now NOT RELEASING MY DEPOSIT BACK. AFTER complaining this terrible place said they would take the truck back and give my $15,000.00 deposit. So I took it back and sign the paperwork, gave the keys to them. So they gave me a receipt showing the money went back to my account, same way I transferred my deposit. That was 10 days ago. I still waiting. Please stay away from these people!!! More

Test drove, didn’t like it ask to test drive V6 with 4 doors, son and I liked it and bought it. Son drove away. I found out 30 days later that the truck had a 4 cylinder engine. Scott quote me $3000 more for the upgrade. This was for my sons 18th birthday present. So dishonest there. More
modern and clean dealership with a great welcoming staff I came in to test drive the brand new Toyota Camry XLE V6 and Mack Alsabbagh was very understanding. Mack made sure i properly test drive the car and showed me in detail all the features of this awesome car. There was no pressure from him or Rudy the sales Manager. I thoughfully enjoyed the experience and would highly anyone considering a Toyota to come check out their inventory in Irvine. They will give you very competitive price. I am highly satisfied with the experience they provided me with. Bonus point, i love their entrance driveway. Great choice and inventory. They will have a car for you at an excellent price. More

Poor customer service this place is a joke We traded in our vehicle for a used car an audi q5. We purchased all warranties etc. 4 months later the injectors gave out 2 had to be replaced. To find out that the warranty wouldn’t cover that nor that they would be reaponsible. We went in various times and they just made promises but never called Us back nor has this ever been resolved. Come to find out there used vehicles are not even certified nor inspected. From the start this was of to a Bad start we had to go back to redo the contract. The financing manager was so disrespectful. Never again. I am done with this place. More
