Very long wait for intake, nearly 1 hour. Service representative and whole environment seemed rather impersonal. Recommended optional services though I was able to decline. Poor customer service! Had an appointment but no one even acknowledged me for 20 minutes. Car was not ready as per time quoted, but John did not keep me updated on the status.
