I’m not the easiest person to deal with, nor am I very patient. I’m not demanding, but I do expect things to go a certain way or I won’t proceed. After all I am the customer. To that end, my relationship with Brandon started off strong, but the middle part became a little rocky. However, the end product is what truly matters. Brandon was the consummate professional. He could have forgotten about me after I said “no” to him. Instead, his tenacity led him to send me a message at the exact time I was at a competitor’s lot making a deal. Timing is everything. I asked him to call me, which he did, and that same day I was an owner of a 2012 Toyota Tundra Crewmax; purchased from Brandon. I could have easily made the same deal with the competitor, but his tenacity is why I walked out and went to Power. Most sales people are so ego driven that they would have just let me go to another dealership. Brandon set that aside, and did what was best for the dealership and ultimately me the customer. I must mention that the “rockiness” of the relationship wasn’t anything directly that Brandon did. It was a matter of miscommunication, and remember I expect everything to be perfect or I don’t proceed. Things happen for a reason, and I am pleased Brandon reached back out to me after I told him I was no longer interested. More
Kemick helped us with the purchase of our new Toyota Camry. We were in a bit of a hurry on Christmas Eve when we stopped by to finalize the paperwork and put down our deposit, and Kemick was very mindfu Camry. Loved my experience here. Bought my previous car from Toyota of Cerritos, didn't care for the salesmen there or the "lot vultures" that swoop in on me every time I even go get my oil changed. Fabulous staff, they went above and beyond to get me the exact truck I wanted, and kept in great contact with me while we were waiting for my truck's delivery! I cannot say enough good things about Kemick; and now my husband is in love with my truck, and assures me that if we get another one, We're going to Irvine and talking to Kemick again! I'll be driving the extra few miles to get my maintenance done here, too, because I like the vibe of the dealership SO MUCH better than the Toyota dealers that are closer to me. More

I met Karen for the first time on 12/5/11. This was the first new vehicle I ever bought and Karen made my whole experience very nice. I had been doing my homework on a Toyota Prius package 4 for a long time. I had gone to Tustin Toyota before were I bought my 09 Camry XLE. You would think that a returning customer and a Costco member you would not get attacked by "sharks" I was harassed by one individual and decided not do give them business. After talking to Costco, they refered me to Karen Bambauer. She was very helpful and informative. My husband and I went to Power Toyota, just had missed Karen. (our fault) Kemick Larson, was almost off his shift he wanted to help us. He was very attentive no pressure, we knew what we wanted and took the time to inform us and take us out for as test drive. We told him what we wanted as far as finance and got got us the deal! we wanted!!He was very pleasant to work with. Then, we met Jeff Bishop came to meet us with a big smile and a worm welcome. It did not feel that we were in finance department, more like a friend asking us if we want extra protection... if so what he recommends. After all set and done, we sow Kemick Larson, waiting to say thank you and to do a quick check before we drove off and made sure we were satisfied. We are greatly pleased with our experience at Power Toyota of Irvine and would highly recommend. We wish we would have known about them 3 years ago! More
Karen was great, and every part of leasing our 2011 Toyota Corolla S, was great. Karen told us every thing. I like that. So refreshing. It was at the end of a very long day for her, and it was Halloween night. We were in at 6 PM, and out by 8:30 PM...with our new Corolla. She was super courteous and so detailed, explaing everything to us, not rushing us. She went over the paperwork and sent us to the Finance, and that was so easy, not pressuring us for all the added things/programs/packages available. We will reccommend Karen to anyone of our friends, and the Servive Dept. has always been great as we have only serviced our last Toyota Corolla at Power/Irvine Toyota.
