Although my car had less than 3,000 mile on it. I received a call from dealer service to bring the car for first 5,000 mile service. When I explained to the caller about the car millage, he responded received a call from dealer service to bring the car for first 5,000 mile service. I took the car and reported that driver side front door doesn't operate properly to close and need to be slammed the door to shut. After holding the car for over 6 hours in the shop nothing has been fixed and they reported this is normal! More

Made mistake of going for service, had rep called Donald Moreno one of the lazier people I have ever dealt with. Does not answer phone there is no service manager during the week at this location. Try to leave message to check status of car that has been there more than a day and you are at the mercy of who ever wants to call you. There is no service coordination or manager. When I did get in touch after days was tried to upsell over $700 to replace hoses that took me 10 minutes and about $17 to replace myself. This place is a rip off up sell and has zero accountability. On top of that when you goto pick up for your car you have to wait for the same lazy person to get back to their desk to take your money!! There is no cashier. Goto Toyota of Orange they have superior ownership and management over this place. They even tried to lie and way car battery is dead and replace when it was not. Zero management zero quality control zero value. Would never never never make mistake of using auto nation for service again. Such a rip off. Even after getting car back aver over $700 bill the check engine light is still on no explanation!! So mad so disappointing such a rip off. Donald Moreno was the worst rep and tried to rip me off even further so mad the upsell they demand of these no nothing sales reps Dare management to try to PR this one!!! More
