Last year I bought my car with Autonation Toyota and they sold me one with Bluetooth, that didn’t actually have Bluetooth. They decided to put in the correct radio that has Bluetooth for me but then messed u sold me one with Bluetooth, that didn’t actually have Bluetooth. They decided to put in the correct radio that has Bluetooth for me but then messed up and ordered the wrong parts. Causing me to have to visit 2 extra time and waste additional hours. Now this past weekend I went for a regular service and they forgot about me, leading to me having to wait a total of 5 hours for a basic service, and not even getting the parts I needed fixed. Incredibly disappointing! Will be going elsewhere! More

Horrible experience. They never did the service but kept my truck for 25 hours. Wouldn't give my truck back to me! Told me my truck would be ready by 2:30. Went after my first job to pick it up and was told my truck for 25 hours. Wouldn't give my truck back to me! Told me my truck would be ready by 2:30. Went after my first job to pick it up and was told they couldn't release my truck to me. Tech that worked on my truck never turned in his report stating the service was completed and my truck is good to go. Was told due to liability issues they couldn't give me my truck back. Was given a dirty Corolla as a loaner. Windows weren't wiped clean. Was told I could pick up my truck the next day in the morning. Got home at 2 am from work and was at the dealer at 8 am. Just to be told it turned out that the tech didn't forget to turn in his report. It turns out that after having my truck for 25 hours, they actually never worked on it. And that's after I was given a "list of things they recommend my truck needed serviced." Worst experience ever. More
I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek that was in great condition. It was great until I got home and found out that the USB audio outlet was not working. It looked like a piece was missing, so I contacted condition. It was great until I got home and found out that the USB audio outlet was not working. It looked like a piece was missing, so I contacted the sales rep. I sent him a picture and he said that he would get back to me. After contacting him a few times, he tells me to get some small pliers to take it out. I followed his instructions then broke a piece out of the USB port. I told him that it was broken when I bought the car and now it's even more broken. His advice was to go to an audio stereo store to get it fixed. He didn't return my calls after that. This dealership was not very helpful once they realized they sold me something that was broken. More
I called for regular maintenance service plus the recall work to be done. The appointment was made very easily and I was informed about what was needed before service. Joe the service rep. Received a call from customer service that I could come in to get my extra key. Made an apt on Sat early in morning since I had to work. When my husband picked up the car, they didn't have a blank there(ev in to get my extra key. Made an apt on Sat early in morning since I had to work. When my husband picked up the car, they didn't have a blank there(even though the rep that called said everything was good) so no key. They closed our service order out even though it wasn't complete. So in summary, it took over 3 hours & I had to call them to find out they didn't make the key. It was a waste of time. I left a message for the service manager & another manager & neither one called me back. Pretty disappointed in their customer service. More
the advisor quoted me the price and when I came he changed the price, not a few dollars but more than $20. Also, he never called when the car was done.
