I had an option to go to a different Toyota dealer to finalize my deal, but I decided to come back to Power Toyota because of the customer service Nick gave me at my first visit and I felt I could truth him. I think the best thing I liked about him was the fact that he was available to answer my questions at anytime, but never felt he was pressuring me to make a decision and finalize the sale with him. He was very patient and helpful after I bought the car as well, giving me all the necessary information and details that helped me to use all the features in my car right away. I spent a day going from dealership to dealership test driving different cars I was choosing between. There were several very nice salespeople on the different lots, very few less so, but Nick really sto driving different cars I was choosing between.
