I had been doing my homework on a Toyota Prius package 4 for a long time. I had gone to Tustin Toyota before were I bought my 09 Camry XLE. After talking to Costco, they refered me to Karen Bambauer. She was very helpful and informative. My husband and I went to Power Toyota, just had missed Karen. (our fault) Kemick Larson, was almost off his shift he wanted to help us. He was very attentive no pressure, we knew what we wanted and took the time to inform us and take us out for as test drive. We told him what we wanted as far as finance and got got us the deal! we wanted!!He was very pleasant to work with. Then, we met Jeff Bishop came to meet us with a big smile and a worm welcome. It did not feel that we were in finance department, more like a friend asking us if we want extra protection... if so what he recommends. After all set and done, we sow Kemick Larson, waiting to say thank you and to do a quick check before we drove off and made sure we were satisfied. Karen was great, and every part of leasing our 2011 Toyota Corolla S, was great. Karen told us every thing. She was super courteous and so detailed, explaing everything to us, not rushing us. She went over the paperwork and sent us to the Finance, and that was so easy, not pressuring us for all the added things/programs/packages available. But we came back to this dealership the next day. We felt that the sales consultant was very professional and knowledgeable, the price was competitive and the inventory is extensive. We were directed to Power Toyota thru the Costco purchasing/leasing program. Our interest was in a 2011 Highlander Limited.
