We have owned and operated a business here in San Juan Capistrano since 1984. When we were looking for a new car, we went to the local Toyota dealership. They had the car we wanted, but they were not willing to bend on the price of a hybrid, saying they were a "high demand" item and in limited supply. My cousin who owns a dealership (different brand) back East recommended going on the internet for help and specifically recommended checking out Power Toyota. We were able to search out the inventory of avaliable cars on line and found the exact car we were looking for. I filled out a short form and hit the e-mail button. Much to my surprise, I received a respond almost immediatly! Within 15 minutes, Brandon had exchanged a couple of e-mails, made a phone call, negotiated a price, give us directions to the dealership, and said the car would be waiting out front for us to see. Amazing. He spent time showing us the features of the car (lots of electronics these days),finished up the exact deal which we agreed upon on the phone, and introduced us to the rest of the staff for processing the paperwork. The finance staff was great. When we finished up, Brandon had washed the car, filled the tank with gas, fanned out all of the "quick guide" manuals for our review, and walked us out to the car to make sure we knew how all of the operating essentials of the car were understood before we left the lot. I remember my wife remarking on the way home that this was actually a fun experience to buy a car. Imagine that! There are still a few computer apps to add to the electonics of the car, and Brandon has already offered to help us out with any questions when we get to that point. I would recommend this dealership and especially Brandon to any of my friends. I don't usually do that. More
First of all, we did look at a dealership closer to our home. We test drove the Prius V and loved it. It was just the right size for us and we were looking for a hybrid, so it was perfect. But, we were not comfortable with the sales team at that dealership, so we decided to contact Power Toyota. We decided to sell our car first, then start to look seriously at the Prius V. After selling our car, I went online to ask for a quote instead of driving over to Irvine. Within 5 minutes, Brandon Sedgwick returned my call. I told him the exact car we wanted and he informed me that he had that car on the lot. He gave me a quote over the phone and email on Tuesday, and we drove off with the car on Thursday afternoon. He showed us the car first to make sure it was the one we wanted (options, color, etc), and while we were signing the paperwork with finance, it was being prepared for pickup. Brandon made our buying experience so easy and fun. He is a perfect example of uncompromising customer satisfaction. We know we will have a continued relationship with him, and will highly recommend Power Toyota to friends and relatives. Thank you for making our buying experience a pleasure. More

Our experience at Power Toyota in Irvine was very positive. As soon as we met up with Brandon we felt comfortable and under no pressure, which is not typical when purchasing a new car. After looking over the selection of colors and available options, we went out for a test drive. I would normally have been very nervous since this new car was quite different from my old car but Brandon had a very easy nature and even joked with my 8 year old daughter a bit. We were introduced to the manager also who assured us that if we had any questions or concerns they would take care of things. Our family will definitely be repeat customers at Power Toyota in Irvine. More
I’m not the easiest person to deal with, nor am I very patient. I’m not demanding, but I do expect things to go a certain way or I won’t proceed. After all I am the customer. To that end, my relationship with Brandon started off strong, but the middle part became a little rocky. However, the end product is what truly matters. Brandon was the consummate professional. He could have forgotten about me after I said “no” to him. Instead, his tenacity led him to send me a message at the exact time I was at a competitor’s lot making a deal. Timing is everything. I asked him to call me, which he did, and that same day I was an owner of a 2012 Toyota Tundra Crewmax; purchased from Brandon. I could have easily made the same deal with the competitor, but his tenacity is why I walked out and went to Power. Most sales people are so ego driven that they would have just let me go to another dealership. Brandon set that aside, and did what was best for the dealership and ultimately me the customer. I must mention that the “rockiness” of the relationship wasn’t anything directly that Brandon did. It was a matter of miscommunication, and remember I expect everything to be perfect or I don’t proceed. Things happen for a reason, and I am pleased Brandon reached back out to me after I told him I was no longer interested. More
Kemick helped us with the purchase of our new Toyota Camry. We were in a bit of a hurry on Christmas Eve when we stopped by to finalize the paperwork and put down our deposit, and Kemick was very mindfu Camry. Loved my experience here. Bought my previous car from Toyota of Cerritos, didn't care for the salesmen there or the "lot vultures" that swoop in on me every time I even go get my oil changed. Fabulous staff, they went above and beyond to get me the exact truck I wanted, and kept in great contact with me while we were waiting for my truck's delivery! I cannot say enough good things about Kemick; and now my husband is in love with my truck, and assures me that if we get another one, We're going to Irvine and talking to Kemick again! I'll be driving the extra few miles to get my maintenance done here, too, because I like the vibe of the dealership SO MUCH better than the Toyota dealers that are closer to me. More
