I went into Power Toyota Irvine looking for a new car through the Costco auto program. Karen (fleet manager) was extremely straightforward on pricing and delivery. The Camry Hybrid that I wanted was pu through the Costco auto program. Karen (fleet manager) was extremely straightforward on pricing and delivery. The Camry Hybrid that I wanted was put on reserve with a delivery date of 3 weeks. Karen kept tabs on delivery and found one that fit the exact specifications that I wanted that came in a few days through a dealer swap. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealer were professional, friendly, and very helpful - fleet sales, finance, and car prep. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a car. More

They delivered the PriusV in our house during a stormy weather, helped us set up the etune and familiarized with both cars. They did this with a smile and friendliness. Kevin Hernandez helped us with the leasing and financing. He did it smoothly, made us feel comfortable and faster with paper works. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I was paying the car without any financing and it took too long to complete the transaction. I had to wait close to 1 hour.
