I had an option to go to a different Toyota dealer to finalize my deal, but I decided to come back to Power Toyota because of the customer service Nick gave me at my first visit and I felt I could truth him. I think the best thing I liked about him was the fact that he was available to answer my questions at anytime, but never felt he was pressuring me to make a decision and finalize the sale with him. He was very patient and helpful after I bought the car as well, giving me all the necessary information and details that helped me to use all the features in my car right away. I spent a day going from dealership to dealership test driving different cars I was choosing between. There were several very nice salespeople on the different lots, very few less so, but Nick really sto driving different cars I was choosing between. Jonathan Yiao was amazing. We came in to test drive the Prius on Memorial Weekend Sunday. Jonathan walked us through all the pricing and purchasing options. I called several other area Toyota dealers for Pricing, and Jonathan's quotes were right on. I contacted Jonathan Tuesday morning. Filled out the credit app, and had an answer within the hour, and the deal was done. We arrived to sign all the paperwork and pick up the car at 5:00 pm, and were out of the dealership within one hour. AMAZING. Big credit to Jonathan Yiao and Gary in Finance. Never have I had such a great car buying experince. I think I have longer and more frustrating experiences at Rental Car agencies. The deal was done, just as described to me on Sunday. No hidden or false charges after I arrived. I have had plenty of car buying experiences where I felt "Trapped" at the dealership and only wanted to get out alive. This is not the case with Jonathan and Gary, or Irvine Toyota. 1. Great Service 2. Great Facility 3. Hopefully a great car. I am sure it will be.
