This dealership started a new processing system for maintenance appointments. Owners check in at a central post and are directed to lanes where they are given placards that are color-coded for the man maintenance appointments. The condition of the passenger seats of the TOYOTA CAMRY we bought from AutoNation Toyota Irvine were in such a miserable condition from being abused earlier- that it is our strong belief that it should not we bought from AutoNation Toyota Irvine were in such a miserable condition from being abused earlier- that it is our strong belief that it should not have passed the 160 point detailing. It is not something that was negligible or could be passed off as minor wear n tear of a used vehicle. We are extremely dissatisfied the way it came to us & delivered! The dealership absolutely made NO EFFORT or show any intention to rectify this. A lot counts as to how the car looks/ feels as we take it out of dealership- & going by our experience& lack of any sort of "incentive" it is highly unlikely we ever return & will definitely NOT recommend your dealership to our family or friends!! More
