I contacted them by email last week to see what my 2009 Mercedes was worth on a trade in for a new Prius. They took my C350 MB as a trade and are paying my previous lease off. I purhcased the Prius and they offered me the Costco price without any hassle. Lee the finance manager expalined the options very well and I purchased future maintenance and an extended warranty which gives me piece of mind. The whole process was very easy from working with Rick, Lee or Cindy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in acquiring a Toyota. More

I had an option to go to a different Toyota dealer to finalize my deal, but I decided to come back to Power Toyota because of the customer service Nick gave me at my first visit and I felt I could truth him. I think the best thing I liked about him was the fact that he was available to answer my questions at anytime, but never felt he was pressuring me to make a decision and finalize the sale with him. He was very patient and helpful after I bought the car as well, giving me all the necessary information and details that helped me to use all the features in my car right away.
