Purchased through AutoNation via my credit union. The rep from AN was great, very helpful and professional. Located the exact car I wanted. I was wary about dealing with PowerToyota of Irvine because of a ba from AN was great, very helpful and professional. Located the exact car I wanted. I was wary about dealing with PowerToyota of Irvine because of a bad experience my niece had with a car there. The general manager was curt, dismissive, and lacked any genuine concern for his customer. Fortunately I didn't have to deal with him. Mr. Yiao was eager to please, professional, and very courteous. I was pleased with his service to me in getting the car ready and with a quick overview. He also offered to help me with any questions after that, which I will take advantage of. More

He was more like a friend, I felt very comfortable purchasing this vehicle and confident that I was making a good decision. He took his time explaning all the car features, he helped my husband to connect his cell phone to the car so he could receive calls while driving hands free, he even helped me to do the same on my car that I bought a while ago but never got that kind of assistance. Not to mention that the Power Toyota was closed already past half hour and he was doing all those things for us. This was the best purchasing experience I have ever had....thank you Bob!!!! More
My experience with Power Toyota Irvine was great. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about buying a new Toyota to come here, even if you don't think they're offering the best price on the car you w definitely recommend anyone thinking about buying a new Toyota to come here, even if you don't think they're offering the best price on the car you want. See, I generally hate dealing with salespeople because I'm awful at bargaining, but these guys never made me feel like I had to play hardball with them and their willingness to accommodate what I wanted made me seal the deal with them. Scott Sadek in sales and Lee Mamaradlo in finance both did an outstanding job. I was so satisfied about working with Scott, in fact, that I decided to buy my car here instead of another dealer even though the other dealer's price was a few hundred cheaper. I work in computers, and in computers we refer to that as user experience. People tend to prefer software and hardware with a better user experience even if features are lacking or price is higher than the competition. Case in point: iPhones sell much better than Android phones because of the user experience. Alright, I'm going to give a fairly complete story here so this doesn't sound like a sponsored message, so please read if you're interested. I started off by using their website to submit a trade-in estimate of my 2001 Honda Civic for a 2012 Prius C. I got an email from Steve Shurter the next day and he basically suggested that I take my time, come in to test drive the model 4 (because I wasn't sure if I wanted the 3 or 4), then go from there. When I went in, I was greeted by Jonathan Yiao, and I told him that I was pretty much working with Steve. He got his man Jordan to do the test drive with me, and when we were done, Jonathan basically told me to contact Steve again to figure out next steps. No pressure, which was great. One negative thing I'd mention at this point is that one of their salespeople in a cowboy hat (not sure what his name was) kept making an alarm go off on a car right next to me just because he couldn't find it. The car was inside and I was sitting right next to it, so that annoyed me. Some other family in there got annoyed enough to leave. If they want to locate a vehicle, they should probably just know where the vehicles are instead of setting off alarms indoors while customers are around. Anyway, I went into another dealer to get a feel for them and wasn't super impressed. The guy was nice but he made me feel like I was doing him a favor by showing interest in the car rather than the other way around. Also, the appraisal value came in at $3500 for my trade-in, which was too low for me. I told him I wasn't happy about that, and he basically agreed and suggested I should shop it around. He didn't offer to work with me, which was a bad decision, because otherwise I probably would've sealed the deal with him right there. I decided to email Steve Shurter again to come in and get my car appraised with Power. I came in and Steve got the appraisal started, then handed me off to Scott Sadek, another one of their salespeople, because Steve had another appointment. I was a bit upset about that because my appointment was cut short so he could handle a more important customer, I guess. You could call it a blessing in disguise, though, because Scott ended up being awesome. The appraisal itself seemed to take unusually long (I was waiting for about an hour and 15 minutes), but Scott made sure to come out and thank me for my patience every 20 minutes or so, which helped. When the appraisal was finally done, the value they gave me was $600 lower than the other dealer, and I was already unhappy with that value. I told this to Scott and basically said I'm going to leave and continue to shop my car around until I hear a number I'm happy with. That was when Scott sealed the deal. When I mentioned I was going to leave, he offered to work with me. He asked me why I was unsatisfied with the numbers. I told him that I would be completely satisfied if they would just offer me $4k for the trade-in. After a little bit of back and forth, he agreed to the $4k and I pretty much agreed to buy at that point. They didn't actually have the car at the time, so I came in the next day when they got the car shipped to their store. They were very prompt about that. I kept asking Scott how long it would take to get the car there and Scott told me a rough time frame which ended up being almost an exact time frame. I worked with Lee Mamaradlo in finance and he too was accommodating to me when I was hesitant about the number he showed me on the extended warranty package. He managed to drop the price on that enough to convince me to buy it. I then met with a sales manager named Larry Tulio after the purchase and he basically just wanted to meet me and mention that they'd try to find my Civic a good home since I'd had it for so long (first car, had it for a little over 10 years). I obviously can't verify that, but I really appreciated the sentiment. Again, for me, good user experience is key! More

At first of all, I can not speak English. Because please allow my poor English. But I will do my best for writing this review because of Mr. Brad Nossiri is a great sales consultant. I appreciate your he allow my poor English. But I will do my best for writing this review because of Mr. Brad Nossiri is a great sales consultant. I appreciate your helping for my shopping. I could buy a great car. I really owe you one. When I went to Power Toyota at first. I did not know anything because of I can not speak English. But Mr. Brad Nossiri noticed my English skill. He wrote on the paper about various cars differences and he showed me about them with his explaining. Moreover, he introduced some cars that I need my conditions for me even though during the heat of the day. And he taught me about American's car insurances. He called some insurance's companies for me. And he introduced me. Because I want to recommend him for everyone, for all customers. I hope all sales consultants will be like him. I appreciate it very much, Mr. Brad Nossiri. More
