Then he says he will give us employees cost and when we checked it out later, is was a worthless warranty. To much pressure. Went to another Dealer and bought a car for other daughter. I was shock that nerve touch up paint and left hub caps loose fall off while driving . I heard in service dept that a customers fell off "oh yeah those never stay on" You have purchase a whole four pack from Toyota. They also didn't hand me my keys when my car was ready or tell where to find it. I had demand my keys back. Toyota corp could verify general mgr contacted me . The dealer I brought Toyota sold me a bran dnew car damage! xxxx! More

Dishonest Crooks I was lied to straight to my face in the finance department regarding their Wheel and Tire warranty; i was shocked to hear that they would replace whe I was lied to straight to my face in the finance department regarding their Wheel and Tire warranty; i was shocked to hear that they would replace wheels WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED as he said it. I asked multiple times, so if I accidentally rub the wheel on a curb, you will change it? he said yes, no questions asked. It sounded like a great deal, so i bought it. I have had the car for a couple of years now and called them to change the wheels and was first told that i had not purchased the service, so I had to prove that i had. then i was told by the girl who answered the service phone calls that someone would call me back, no one did for two days. I called again and was told to bring it in and it would be done. Then i got another call saying that someone had to inspect my wheels and that this person had to be called and an appointment made and that if the issue was an approved one the wheel would be changed. I told him about the "no questions asked" promise I got from the finance guy; so he said, let me give you the general manager's number. He was sure the general manager would be more than willing to set things right.... I called and left him a message and NEVER heard from him. These people are lying, cheating crooks who should be out of business. Do yourself a favor and go to the other dozen Toyota dealers in the area. More
Dishonest Pricing and Tactics I worked with Essa for a few days. While he was very nice over the phone, he would give me new car quotes that were totally unapproved by his manager. When I'd ask him to e-mail me the sale price so I had it in writing, he would send me a quote with a higher price than he gave me over the phone. He did this two times. I ended up buying my new Sienna from Santa Margarita Toyota in RSM. After calling 10 dealerships, they ended up giving me the best price and sent me the sales quote in writing within an hour. If you decide to go to Autonation Toyota Irvine, get the sale price IN WRITING. Don't waste your time going there when all you've been given is a verbal sale price. More
Rude, harsh finance agent This was the first and definitely the last time that I did business with Auto Nation Toyota of Irvine, horrible costumer service, rude finance agent, This was the first and definitely the last time that I did business with Auto Nation Toyota of Irvine, horrible costumer service, rude finance agent, We had many problems since the beginning, 4 hours of waiting,he inquired to the credit score without my knowledge and authorization,(we were paying cash), they could care less for a costumer when we finally got the car 3 days later the finance agent was extremely rude .They are not accredited to the Better Business Bureau, too many complains, also look on Yelp there are a lot bad reviews about the finance department.I just gave one star because I couldn't give a negative rating for Finance department , my rating is negative.
