Very long wait for intake, nearly 1 hour. Service representative and whole environment seemed rather impersonal. Recommended optional services though I was able to decline. Poor customer service. Donald Moreno kept us waiting for more than an hour while picking up our car. We called 30 min ahead to inform to keep the car washed and ready. Upon reaching, we came to know after 1 more than an hour while picking up our car. We called 30 min ahead to inform to keep the car washed and ready. Upon reaching, we came to know after 15-20 mins that the car is not sent for washing yet. It took us over an hour to pick up our car which apparently was ready for pickup. Further, the service rep tried to sell $2,000 worth of additional repairs. Half of them not urgent in nature but marked as red on the inspection sheet. Service rep said the car would be ready in the evening, in fact we pickup the car next day at 1pm. Receipt showed $186 but charged us $202. Never going back to this dealership again!! More
