Holding my refund!!! BAIT AND SWITCH and now NOT RELEASING MY DEPOSIT BACK. AFTER complaining this terrible place said they would take the truck back and give my $15,000.00 deposit. So I took it back and sign the paperwork, gave the keys to them. So they gave me a receipt showing the money went back to my account, same way I transferred my deposit. That was 10 days ago. I still waiting. Please stay away from these people!!! More

Mack made sure i properly test drive the car and showed me in detail all the features of this awesome car. There was no pressure from him or Rudy the sales Manager. I thoughfully enjoyed the experience and would highly anyone considering a Toyota to come check out their inventory in Irvine. They will give you very competitive price. I am highly satisfied with the experience they provided me with. Bonus point, i love their entrance driveway. Great choice and inventory. They will have a car for you at an excellent price. More

On my first visit I did not receive the financing options I was hoping for due to it being my first auto loan and that the vehicle I wanted was used and 12 years old. However, they allowed me to reserve the vehicle with a refundable deposit and worked with me to help find a new way to drive away in the exact SUV I wanted. The sales staff was very welcoming and quick to offer water or coffee or whatever could make the standard inevitable wait one must experience at any dealership as comfortable as possible. Ali and Erick were the two reps I dealt with most and they both seemed more interested in my interest than trying to benefit their own or just trying to make a sale. I felt that they genuinely wanted me to be driving the vehicle I wanted to drive and that if I wasn't 100% satisfied then neither were they. A couple of days after I bought my new used Xterra I had an important sensor fail and the motor would not stay running because of it. The dealership service department happened to be closed over the weekend for Labor Day and I almost had to cancel my road trip travel plans. I contacted my sales rep, and after some troubleshooting, they were able to work with me in getting it repaired elsewhere free of charge over the weekend because I was still within their awesome 5 day/250 mile money back satisfaction with your vehicle guarantee period! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at AutoNation in Irvine and would recommend shopping here for your new or used vehicle in the future. Thanks AutoNation! More
BAIT & SWITCH! Wow, awful awful experience. I was buying a used Rav4, so prior to purchasing it I called and spoke with Scott Hodges, the Financial Manager, to conf Wow, awful awful experience. I was buying a used Rav4, so prior to purchasing it I called and spoke with Scott Hodges, the Financial Manager, to confirm that I would be able to purchase a new car platinum warranty. I gave Scott the VIN number and he confirmed that he could sell me the warranty I was looking for. So I went ahead and bought the Rav4. I came into the dealer and purchased the warranty. 30 days later, Toyota Financial Services rejected my warranty application, saying the car was too old for the new car warranty. I explained that Scott and others at the dealer confirmed that my car would be eligible for the warranty. So TFS said the GM of the dealership needed to call them and ask for an exception. Over 3 months time passes and I cannot get people at Autonation to confirm that they are doing this for me. Anne, another TFS manager, suddenly quits. Another guy who then helping me goes dark. Finally I hear back from Asefi Khalil, who is the director of the Finance Department at Autonation. He said he would take care of it. 30 days later (it is now nearly 6 months since I originally purchased the warranty), I receive the Toyota warranty confirmation packet in the mail. HOWEVER, it is: USED card warranty that: 1) did not have the length of time I had originally purchased (10 years) 2) did not have the mileage I had originally purchased (120,000) 3) had a deductible (the one I had was originally $0 deductible) And now Mr. Asefi has gone silent. The GM, Young Park, thinks that the best way to deal with a customer is to avoid them. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE! More
