Truly disappointed as I have not bought a car from a dealership in over 20 years and was skeptical but thought it would be best over a private party purchase giving that they do inspect their cars and it was an older car and for a high end dealership to sell this car at their dealership I thought it was a good idea, usually they send these cars to the auction for sale . Made an appointment for a pit stop, and it was quick, but the service adviser did not ask my name or give me his name. They left my keys in the car when they finished the service. Drove up to Automation Toyota in Irvine after visiting the Toyota dealership in Tustin. Parked in front of the dealership was a red Venza. It was the car and color I was looking for. I checked it out and the Toyota dealership in Tustin. Parked in front of the dealership was a red Venza. It was the car and color I was looking for. I checked it out and even sat inside the car for about 10 minutes. I did not have one salesman approach me which was good and bad. Good because I had uninterrupted time to check out the vehicle. Bad, because once I had seen enough I had some questions. I had to go inside to where a salesperson approached me. The purchase if this vehicle was rather seamless. I had excellent credit so I got the best interest rate offered. I got the hybrid red Venza I was looking for and Sami the salesman was patient was willing to show me different options which didn't matter to me because I had already decided what I wanted. I wished I had gotten more for my trade but that's the way the cookie crumble when trading with the dealership. All in all the buying experience at this dealership was great and I felt zero pressure to make my purchase. I am happy with new hybrid Venza and even better is that I'm not filling up every other day at the gas station like I did with my previous gas guzzler. More
