The condition of the passenger seats of the TOYOTA CAMRY we bought from AutoNation Toyota Irvine were in such a miserable condition from being abused earlier- that it is our strong belief that it should not we bought from AutoNation Toyota Irvine were in such a miserable condition from being abused earlier- that it is our strong belief that it should not have passed the 160 point detailing. It is not something that was negligible or could be passed off as minor wear n tear of a used vehicle. We are extremely dissatisfied the way it came to us & delivered! The dealership absolutely made NO EFFORT or show any intention to rectify this. A lot counts as to how the car looks/ feels as we take it out of dealership- & going by our experience& lack of any sort of "incentive" it is highly unlikely we ever return & will definitely NOT recommend your dealership to our family or friends!! Today, December 11th I had a appointment for service but people came after me with no appointments were helped first. Waited for more than 15 minutes until I realized that this is $hit! My salesperson and his finance manager appeared to be great until you paid for the car then they only cared for themselves once you left the dealership. We bought a 2022 Prius Prime and the salesperson s great until you paid for the car then they only cared for themselves once you left the dealership. We bought a 2022 Prius Prime and the salesperson said there is a cooler that goes with the purchase but is on backlog, so he will order and make sure we will get it but it's been 3 weeks and nothing seen yet. The finance manager forgot to fill out 2 rebate forms for us to get the rebate money and now ignored us totally. We are still waiting for him to send the forms so we can sign and get the rebates ($750+$1500). We don't know how we can get the rebates because we were told that the dealership has to do it for us. With an “appointment”, the service center was late returning my car to me by over 2 hours. An oil change and battery change took approximately 5 hours. Their service staff claimed that 95% of the 300 returning my car to me by over 2 hours. An oil change and battery change took approximately 5 hours. Their service staff claimed that 95% of the 300 cars, or 285, cars had appointments. Either the staff lied or this business over commits to what their actually capacity is. Staff was also inconsiderate and dishonest throughout the process. More
