Not very friendly. Requested only 2 extra things 1- car wash 2- squeaky visors to be checked. After waiting for 2 hours to have an oil change and check up , car is brought to us with no complimentary wash 2- squeaky visors to be checked. After waiting for 2 hours to have an oil change and check up , car is brought to us with no complimentary wash and both sun visors still squeaking when you lower and raise them up. When I asked the man who brought our car about this he had no idea but took it back to wash. Shouldn’t of wasted my time, my 5 year old grandson would of washed it better. Will not be returning to this facility. We came from Corona but will find one closer to us and hope for better service. More

The checkin was efficient. My car was ready when he said it would be. I use to take my car to Miller Toyota in Anaheim but was not thrilled so I started taking it to Auto nation irvine. They have a great facility but unfortunately , their appointment system is a disappointment.
