I like the service at Research Drive. There was no line even though they were busy! Waiting room and bathroom were clean, and coffee was available as well as individually wrapped snack There was no line even though they were busy! This experience was one of my Best experiences with a car dealer. The reason for that was Mr. Mark Corbett. He was a pleasure to work with and was a straight shooter from the beginning. You cannot ask for a better advocate for you then he at the dealership. He answered all of our questions confidently and without the normal Swag or Gotcha talk. He told us what we were going to get, for what price, and what the situation in today us market looks like. We had done a lot of research on the 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid we decided on so we knew what we wanted and for what price.
