The car I purchased is running great. It is my first hybrid vehicle and I have been so impressed with the gas mileage. I am also grateful for the vehicle maintenance program. The exact car I have been looking for turned up at AutoNation in Irvine. When I told the sales person that I wanted to come see the car he said that AutoNation would reimburse my Lyft/Uber if I bought AutoNation in Irvine. When I told the sales person that I wanted to come see the car he said that AutoNation would reimburse my Lyft/Uber if I bought a car. So I took the Lyft instead of having a friend bring me. When I asked the salesman about how to get the refund, he said to ask the finance person. When I asked the finance person, he said to ask the sales person. Really, we're playing that game? It's been three weeks, so far no refund.. When I called the finance department with another important question, they didn't return my call, it took three tries to get a response. Aside from that, prepare to be there a long time, everything takes a while. More

They replace rear breaks, week after they make noise. Go there again to get it fixed, they won’t fix it right.. few weeks after go again and get it fixed. Noise after fresh break install, even after tell them about rear break experience.. go there twice to get fixed, now they will charge $$$ saying rear rotors are out and it ain’t our problem Wait for hours and hear lecture about how to use breaks. Simple fact of not doing job right while replacing fresh breaks doesn’t seem to be understood. Stay away. World is big find other options or a local small house mechanic who cares More
