AutoNation Toyota Hayward Service Center - Service Center

I brought my car in yesterday for repairs due to a recall notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice for the same thing. The service rep says Toyota needs to be told the work has been done or they will keep sending me notices on this recall. I don’t know how to make the notices stop coming on this. I would appreciate some follow up from AutoNation in Hayward. More

I went in for service on my car and it was the first time I waited for just about an hour. My mechanic name Andy is great. He’s professional and listen to your concern. But buying car, I had a bad experience because the one who process my car purchases said that I have 2 refill for my gas. When I came for my first time maintenance , while waiting the guy who process my auto purchase approaches me and ask if I’m planning to buy a car again. I said yes and ask if he could refill my gas . He give excuses that his supervisor is not around so he can’t refill my gas. Why am I going to buy to a dealer that doesn’t his word. I did not ask, they offer it. More
