AutoNation Toyota, you folks probably need to hire more technicians, since, you don’t have enough time to clean/vacuum the interiors. I was surprised to see mud and dust on the car mats (same as prior serv technicians, since, you don’t have enough time to clean/vacuum the interiors. I was told by the staff that the maintenance would take 2 hours, but I got my car back 4 hours later. Took my car for B1 service which is oil change and tires rotation. Picked it up when done and on my way home all the alarm came on like tire pressure alarm and all tires are all un even pressure. Didn’t cle rotation. Picked it up when done and on my way home all the alarm came on like tire pressure alarm and all tires are all un even pressure. Didn’t clear the alarm. I called and left messages and no one called me back. Called the customer service and transferred my call and went to the answering machine. Very unhappy customer..Now I need to go back and to take of thisi is time consuming. More
I bought the service contract when I purchased the car. I have had three services. I had an 8:00 AM, appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:40 AM. I was able to leave my car at the appointment tim I have had three services. I had an 8:00 AM, appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:40 AM. I was able to leave my car at the appointment time and I picked it up at 2:30 PM. I worked with Thomas and he was great! This was the best turnaround time (no waiting a long time for drop off and pick up) out of my three experiences. The previous two were not very timely, so I hope that this is the new standard. More

So far the service is good but the wait is too long. It would be nice to have the shuttle service back.
