My mechanic name Andy is great. He’s professional and listen to your concern. But buying car, I had a bad experience because the one who process my car purchases said that I have 2 refill for my gas. When I came for my first time maintenance , while waiting the guy who process my auto purchase approaches me and ask if I’m planning to buy a car again. I said yes and ask if he could refill my gas . He give excuses that his supervisor is not around so he can’t refill my gas. Why am I going to buy to a dealer that doesn’t his word. I did not ask, they offer it. More

purchased extended service plan and was told that all service was covered and we would not have to pay anything extra for seven years. It turns out to be completely false our 30000 miles service cost alm service was covered and we would not have to pay anything extra for seven years. It turns out to be completely false our 30000 miles service cost almost $600. Will never purchase another car from AutioNation. Will probably take our car to be service at a different Toyota Dealer from now on. More
