Went there for servicing. Made an appointment- was checked-in on time. Was told that the vehicle will be ready by a certain time and it was ready before the given time. Since this was my first service and covered by Toyota, no one tried to sell anything extra or was pushy about additional services. However, this is something I would keep an eye out for in the future. More
