I had a scheduled service with my Camry TRD, frustratingly enough, no one was available to help me at the time, despite me having this setup weeks ago (to make matters worse a walk in was servic frustratingly enough, no one was available to help me at the time, despite me having this setup weeks ago (to make matters worse a walk in was serviced before I was); so I had to wait. I honestly felt a bit disrepected for my time. That is, until Heidi came in to get me situated. Just being quite pleasant and affable during their busy times honestly made the duration much more bearable.
