Not very friendly if they are not your direct service manager. Service managers just try to up sale you on services that are unnecessary. $200 just to look at one thing under vehicle and give a price quo manager. More than likely will not be returning for service or future new car purchases. I have been going here for 8 years now and it just has been getting worse and worse each time. More

An excellent place to have your Toyota serviced and repaired if necessary. The technicians are well trained and the service providers provide you with good information about your car's health. Employees need to be trained on customer service etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude. He made it clear he did not want to help to look for a sticker I had ordered and was c etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude. He made it clear he did not want to help to look for a sticker I had ordered and was called to pick up. When mention to staff who called about the sticker about the situation with the other employee, she just smiled. It is sad to see how employees take their jobs for granted. More
I came in for an oil change at my appointment time of 7am. I asked how long the service would take and I was told I’d would be an hour, hour and a half at the latest. I waited at the dealership while my 7am. I asked how long the service would take and I was told I’d would be an hour, hour and a half at the latest. I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced. As 8:30 approached, I decided to be patient and wait for someone to contact me. I even waited until 9am before I had to go and ask for an update. I was told that the service manager was contacted and told that my service was taking too long. I returned to my seat in the meantime. Finally, at 9:15 I received a phone call saying the service was complete. I should not have waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. And, I certainly should not have been made to wait an extra 30 minutes without anyone contacting me with an update! Had I not approached them and asked, how long would I have waited there for? I don’t think it’s coincidence that after I asked about my car, it was ready to go 15 minutes later. What is the point of having a 7 o’clock appointment? More
