Very disappointed with the service department when making appointment will assign the service advisor Bryant Marcias. On the day of appointment at 10:30am arrived arrive 10:15am but didn't get check in at 1 appointment will assign the service advisor Bryant Marcias. On the day of appointment at 10:30am arrived arrive 10:15am but didn't get check in at 10:41am. Worst there were others customer came in late but was serve at once by other service advisor. Requested if can change advisor but can't and just have to wait. I might not bring back the car for service again. More
