Last week finally had a chance to call the General Manager. My call was forwarded to the service center supervisor. He made an appointment to bring me car in and take care of the burned light. The burned fog light and an additional light which had also burned out were replaced with no charge. The service center rep. Qais was very friendly and professional. This experience completely changed my opinion of their customer service and I am extremely happy the issue was solved very professionally. Thanks again Qais
