It was not a good day. The workers were overwhelmed. Apparently according to the workers, they booked 20 appointments on the 8 AM slot. Luckily, I had my email confirmation for the oil change. They did forget my request for car wash so I requested again. Not sure what was happening at that time cause the car went in and around the car wash 3 times unwashed while the others were going in and out. Took about another 15 minutes. Just felt like the place got too big to be managed and even get personal on some level. From someone outside, looking in, it was chaos. Hopefully better next trip. Fingers crossed. More

Bad customer service greeting and checkout experience. Received attitude upon checking in. No greeter or clear intake process - even for a scheduled appointment.
