The sales representative-Max in the lobby attitude is so bad and rude!!! I ask him when I can get my second key for my car Rav 4 Toyota Which I bought in Nov 2022. He just sat down and asked me I bough bad and rude!!! I ask him when I can get my second key for my car Rav 4 Toyota Which I bought in Nov 2022. He just sat down and asked me I bought the new car or used one. I told him I bought the new one rav4 2022 here in Nov 2022. He just told me I should contact Toyota directly instead of asking him. He said I just sold the car. The key or part Which I don't have I should call the Toyota instead. He also told the example like he just sold the insurance and he didn't care about the rest service. He even didn't help me to check How is my key's status and told me what I will ecpece in the next. I told him when I bought the car. The sales told me the second key will mail to my home address. And three months later I called Again. He told me the key will mail to the dealer And the dealer will call me to copy the program the second key. And I told him the agent who helped me to check and maintain my car in 6 month also is curious I didn't get my second key for a long time. But Max didn't check anything for me and just asked who is my saler and told me he can't do anything. He just sat down behind the desk and he was so inpatient. I really feel disappointed with him. Is it my fault to ask I bought a new car but only I have one key with it? Is it my fault to ask the dealer to follow up with my second key? But Max gave me the attitude was like that he just cares about selling the car and got the bonus. The Other things he didn't care. I really disappointed withthis experience with him. More

I had a 8 Am appointment and was on time. But they did not complete my oil change or basic maintenance inspection. I had to request my vehicle to be taken off the rack at 11:45. I took my car to be serviced on Friday April 14th at 12:20pm. My service advisor came out introduced himself and inspected my car and explained what service was going to happen while there. I was called 12:20pm. My service advisor came out introduced himself and inspected my car and explained what service was going to happen while there. I was called to pick up my car a little before 3pm. I have had nothing but very positive experiences everytime I have taken my car in to be serviced. The staff and service advisors have been very professional and the servicing of my vehicle has always been very efficient. I am very pleased with this dealership. More
