Leaving only one-star because of my service advisor. Took my car in for service the 2nd time and it by default assigned me to the same advisor Ray, which was terrible. My appointment was for 7:20am, but I arrived at 7:00am; and, the Toyota people were nice enough to take me early. Also, I am always surprised at how quickly they get my work done.
