My appointment was for 7:20am, but I arrived at 7:00am; and, the Toyota people were nice enough to take me early. Also, I am always surprised at how quickly they get my work done. Leaving only one-star because of my service advisor. Took my car in for service the 2nd time and it by default assigned me to the same advisor Ray, which was terrible. Had an oil change told the service person I was unable to stay for all the services because my husband is disabled and I couldn’t leave him alone that long.
