Car was in for 15000 mile service was also due for brake fluid flush and tire alignment and tire rotation. I was seen by Mario instead of my service advisor I had asked for but Mario was very nice and profe fluid flush and tire alignment and tire rotation. I was seen by Mario instead of my service advisor I had asked for but Mario was very nice and professional.I dropped off the car at 11:30 am on Friday ,October 6th and was called around 2:30pm that my car was ready. I paid and received my receipt but had no copy of the tech's notes on the MPI form only a print out of what was done and fee's but no details. Mario was not present I am sure was busy but I had no explaination or details I could reference because there was no MPI form . Usually the service advisor goes over what was done or at least there is the multi point inspection form I can look at. So I just assume all was done and was ok meaning that the tires were inspected and rotated and the remaining tread was sufficient and that the tire pressures were where they should be, the remaining life of the brakes also OK and all the fluid levels checked and filled if necessary. All that information is typically on the MPI form that is usually attached to my other paperwork but not this time . It is important to me so that was the only minor negative aspect of the visit but overall great service. More
The service department at a AutoNation Toyota Hayward is by far the worst I have been to in all of Northern California. The lack of professionalism, communication, sense of urgency, and overall concern for by far the worst I have been to in all of Northern California. The lack of professionalism, communication, sense of urgency, and overall concern for the customer is mind-numbing. My last service appointment at this establishment will be my last, regardless of still having a service agreement in place for free oil changes. More

I take my car in for it's every 5000 miles maintenance check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenan check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenance service I had a problem with the tire pressure light coming on, bought it back to Toyota and was turned away because they're to busy. Found a place that helped rectify the problem. I'm having the same problem again after my 124, 891 service maintenance. A few days of driving and the tire pressure light is on again. As much money I spent for my maintenance service I am not a happy customer! More
