This is a review for the service department. First, their service department has improved over the years in terms of efficiency customer service, I have no complaints. However, my latest service First, their service department has improved over the years in terms of efficiency customer service, I have no complaints. However, my latest service appointment was apparently made by their AI assistant that messed it up by not recording the appointment in the system. I showed up at appointment time and they told me I did not have an appointment with them. Fortunately I had the text message to show them so they took me, although I had to wait longer than necessary for my car to be done. Overall I am pleased with their service department but their appointment scheduling needs improvement. More
