I am not satisfied about service, very bad service, technician that do my car , he doesn’t have experience and skills also. He take off rear seat but after reinstalling , he forgot install seat belt an technician that do my car , he doesn’t have experience and skills also. The wait time for simple services, e. g. an oil change (3 hours!) is way too long. Certain Service Reps (or whatever they’re called) are actually really helpful and talk to you like you’re g. an oil change (3 hours!) is way too long. Certain Service Reps (or whatever they’re called) are actually really helpful and talk to you like you’re a human being, and not a wallet, but they are few and far between. Most of them just speed read off the list of stuff the computer says you need done to to your car, but you don’t really. So, you go in for what should be a quick and simple oil change ($88), but they try to sell you three times that amount in other unnecessary services ($318). If my car was not well maintained and was not up to date with its service, I could understand this. But it is. Now, not all of the reps do this, so if you can find one that is honest and fair, and treats you with respect, then try to schedule your appointments with that person. On a positive note, it is good that they check for recalls while you’re in for service. Best to get those taken care of right away. More
