I had a scheduled service with my Camry TRD, frustratingly enough, no one was available to help me at the time, despite me having this setup weeks ago (to make matters worse a walk in was servic frustratingly enough, no one was available to help me at the time, despite me having this setup weeks ago (to make matters worse a walk in was serviced before I was); so I had to wait. I honestly felt a bit disrepected for my time. That is, until Heidi came in to get me situated. Just being quite pleasant and affable during their busy times honestly made the duration much more bearable. Basically, she saved the day for me, and I am grateful for her taking care of me and my car. Thank you Heidi! More

Not very friendly if they are not your direct service manager. Service managers just try to up sale you on services that are unnecessary. $200 just to look at one thing under vehicle and give a price quo manager. Our salesman Moe was awesome, we live almost 2 hours away and couldn’t come down right away. So he sent us pics and video of the vehicle that we were interested in.
