Everyone hates when you have to take your car in for major work but my customer service worker, Rebecca Williams (no relation) eased my anxiety. I had to get the work done but she put my mind at ease by telling me about the credit card I could apply for offered by the dealership with same day approval. Rebecca knew my daughter needed the car to attend graduation activities so when the car was ready (earlier than anticipated), she called me on her day off to give the good news. Forgot to mention I live in Sacramento and she called often to give me updates. For a person who lives out of town, I knew I was in good hands. Thank you More
