Employees need to be trained on customer service etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude. He made it clear he did not want to help to look for a sticker I had ordered and was c etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude. When mention to staff who called about the sticker about the situation with the other employee, she just smiled. It is sad to see how employees take their jobs for granted. More
I came in for an oil change at my appointment time of 7am. I asked how long the service would take and I was told I’d would be an hour, hour and a half at the latest. I waited at the dealership while my 7am. I asked how long the service would take and I was told I’d would be an hour, hour and a half at the latest. I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced. As 8:30 approached, I decided to be patient and wait for someone to contact me. I even waited until 9am before I had to go and ask for an update. I was told that the service manager was contacted and told that my service was taking too long. I returned to my seat in the meantime. Finally, at 9:15 I received a phone call saying the service was complete. I should not have waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. And, I certainly should not have been made to wait an extra 30 minutes without anyone contacting me with an update! Had I not approached them and asked, how long would I have waited there for? I don’t think it’s coincidence that after I asked about my car, it was ready to go 15 minutes later. What is the point of having a 7 o’clock appointment? More

I bought a Camry hybrid from them and it has dents on the hood. Shan the sales rep promised me that they will fix it for me after I buy and just call them to schedule appointment and will be taking care of r hood. After I bought the car, I called him over 30 times and he never gave me a good answer. He keeps on passing me around and said we’ll get back to you but never did. He passed me to dodge auto nation in Roseville and the guy name Amal will contact me to schedule but never did. Is a bed experience. I hope the upper management will be looking into this issue. More
