Bad customer service experiences each time I call to schedule an appointment. Some error was made on my car information that someone else's VIN information was set on my car. When I tried to inquire on this question, I was left in the air. I had to call back to the office to check in even though I was assured someone would reach out to me. When I did call back, I was not helped in a kind manner. Additionally, some administrative error happened that attached my phone number to ten other cars that were not mine...
